Executives and officers who are responsible for corporate incident/emergency response, risk management, occupational health and safety, or disaster recovery

Course Overview

At the end of the course, trainees will learn to:

Understand organizational philosophy and infrastructure for emergency preparedness, and incident management goals
Identify the five critical elements (“5M”) for successful Incident Management
Demonstrate the formulation and implementation of on-site incident management strategies for credible scenarios
