For Replacement of Safety Pass
Trainees may proceed to the following Registration Centers to request for a replacement pass. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for processing.
• NTUC Trade Union House (73 Bras Basah Road, #02-01, Singapore 189556)
• TradeHub 21 (Blk 18, Boon Lay Way, #04-120, Singapore 609966)
• EMS Building (60 Benoi Road, #01-08 Singapore 629906)
A copy of the original Singapore police report and any form of photo identification is required, e.g. NRIC, Driving License, Passport etc. Charges for replacement pass/certificate apply
