Training Professional - Full Time

Curriculum Manager

Responsibilities

Reporting to Director, CMD, the main responsibilities include Curriculum Development & Instructional Design, Project management of outsourced courseware development projects, Quality Assurance of Curriculum and Training Delivery, Corporate Campus and Sales Support, Training Delivery, Trainers Development and Management

  • Research, development and review of WSQ curriculum and course materials, curriculum development, instructional design and adult teaching methodology 
  • Contextualization of programmes to meet sector and/or clients requirements
  • Management of outsourced development projects, audit work and developers
  •  Ensure timeliness and quality of delivery
  • Audit curriculum / course materials to ensure compliance to either WSQ and/or LHUB requirements
  • Provide content expertise support to Campus / Sales and tender proposals
  • Pilot new training programmes and methodology
  • Attend to ad-hoc matters assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences and with a minimum 2 years of adult teaching and curriculum development experience
  • Full ACTA Qualification/ DACE preferred
  • Proficient in internet & MS Office Application (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Courseware development and instructional design skills, and able to facilitate & deliver adult training
  • Customer focused and possesses problem solving, decision making, strong communication, interpersonal skill, time management, organizational skills & report writing skills.
  • Work experience in the service sector will be an added advantage
