The course will give course participants a good overview and understanding of the PDPA and how it may be applied to the organisations for compliance. Areas covered in the training include key legislative and regulatory requirements of PDPA and how students can help ensure compliance and alignment with PDPA, as well as preparing management report for follow-up.
This programme will equip learners with the knowledge to be a promoter of service innovation culture and develop skills to lead and facilitate service innovation efforts within their organisations. They will learn to prepare and lead their team to participate in service innovation processes and evaluate the success of the implemented service innovation ideas and facilitate these towards implementation.
