Administrative Professional

Customer Relations Officer / Executive

Responsibilities

You will attend to walk-in customers' enquiries and course registrations at our service counters. A good understanding of the Company's products will be essential as you will be expected to provide accurate information and recommendation on training programmes to suit customers' needs and requirements. You will also perform front end sales, payment collection and handle customers' feedback and issues. You will assist in ad-hoc projects or basic analysis when required and perform any other administrative duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level
     
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in front-line customer service
     
  • Pleasant personality, strong initiatives, responsible & positive attitude
     
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service oriented mindset
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and comfortable working with systems
     
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
     
  • Able to multi-task & take stress in a fast paced environment
     
  • Willing to work shifts/ weekend and be rotated to serve multiple office locations (Central/West)
