By the end of the course, the participants will have the relevant knowledge and application skills in demonstrating first aid/CPR skills to apply them in their workplace.

  • Legal First-aid requirements in workplace
  • Demonstrate First Aid for Wounds, Bleeding and Shock
  • Demonstrate First Aid for Fractures and Soft Tissue Injuries
  • Identify Common Techniques for Handling and Transportation of the injured
  • Demonstrating Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Skills
  • Demonstrate First Aid for Breathing Emergencies
  • Demonstrate First Aid for the Unconscious Patient
  • Demonstrate First Aid for Occupational Eye Injuries
  • Demonstrate First Aid for Burn Injuries
  • Identify Common Chemicals in Workplace
  • Occupational Safety and Accident Prevention
  • Management of Medical Emergencies
