Upskilling To Help Customears From All Walks Of Life Bank Easily And Conveniently

55-year-old Eileen Chang enjoys meeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right solutions to meet their financial goals.

A housewife before joining UOB 15 years ago, Eileen believes that training and upgrading have been key in helping her excel in her current role. She has most recently completed courses in Design Thinking, Service Innovation, and Managing Diversity as part of UOB’s collaboration with NTUC LearningHub.

She is looking for more technology-related courses to deepen her digital skills so that she can continue to be well prepared for future roles and responsibilities.

“I have a ‘can do’ attitude that helps me keep pace with the changes brought about by technology in the financial sector. As long as we remain open to learning, we can benefit from the courses available from training providers such as NTUC LearningHub.”
