Lifelong Learner Who Never Give Up
A strong believer in continuing education and training, 55-year-old Steven Wang had worked his way up from a Junior Security Officer to a Security Supervisor with NTUC LearningHub’s suite of security courses since 2012.
Three years ago, however, Steven suffered a stroke. Although he has not been able to return to work as he is still recovering, Steven has persevered in his quest for learning and spends his time attending basic IT courses, employability skills courses, as well as the latest security courses with NTUC LearningHub. He hopes to one day return to his job as a security officer after making a full recovery. His optimism and determination to continue improving himself in spite of his circumstances is truly inspirational.
