Arun holds a Bachelor of Science (Upper Second Class Honours) in Safety, Health & Environmental Management from Leeds Beckett University, England, and a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health from NTUC LearningHub. He has also attained various certificates in Workplace Safety & Health such as Fire Safety Management (Awarded by Civil Defence Academy, Singapore) and Environmental Control Officers' Course (Awarded by Singapore Polytechnic & National Environment Agency).
Chandra conducts training in areas related to Customer Service, Stress Management, Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Time Management, Motivational & Personal Effectiveness programmes.
He is an eloquent speaker and charismatic facilitator with over 30 years of extensive and rich experience in the field of learning, development, and service excellence. Whilst his unparalleled blend of dynamism and passion has inspired many, Chandra’s commanding personality and versatility allows him to create a conducive and experiential learning environment for learners.

He has over two decades of experience in both the private and public sectors in teaching, research, and consultancy roles to enhance human and psychological capital.

He has over three decades of regional commercial experience across industries from manufacturing to fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). He is also a Certified Master Coach and delivers content on workplace performance coaching to help working adults in achieving sustainable levels work performance breakthroughs.
Daniel holds a Master in Learning and Professional Development from Griffith University and an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from the Institute of Adult Learning.
Martin conducts training in areas related to Human Resource Management, Leadership and Workplace Skills, being a seasoned HR practitioner with a wealth of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Business Partnering across local and regional levels.
As a certified professional in both SHRM-SCP and IHRP-SP, Martin is proficient in aligning management directives with forward-looking HR competencies, such as change leadership, just-in-time training, diversity and inclusion.
His extensive experience working in the Public Sector, MNC and SME enables him to leverage best practices to deliver high-quality, practical and authentic training in HR, providing participants with actionable takeaways they can apply in their workplace immediately.

Yen Thaw conducts training in areas related to Fundamentals of the Personal Data Protection Act (FoPDPA).
With close to three decades of law practice and over a decade of running his own law firm, Yen Thaw serves in roles such as Chief Legal Officer, Resident Management Consultant, and Chief PDPA consultant to various Singapore companies and trains Data Protection Officers. He is also a registered management consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore). To him, “Law is a persuasion, management consultancy – a profession, and training – a passion”.
Yen Thaw has developed his own critical thinking process called QUESTS© – used for decision making, problem-solving, and process development, and an original design thinking model – DT D.E.S.I.G.N. He regularly delivers and conducts corporate training, masterclasses, workshops, keynote speeches, speaking assignments, and panel moderation on various subjects.

He spent over two decades in corporate management roles, leading and growing regional business in American, French & British MNCs before becoming a trainer and advocate of lifelong learning. Concurrently, Johnny keeps himself current and relevant through his ownership and management of three local SMEs (Triduum Learning Labs, Active Aging LLP & Goo Central Pte Ltd).

Wing Sun has over a decade’s experience in the financial futures industry, with diverse exposure in different spectrums of business areas such as marketing, finance, broking, and training. With his vast experience, Wing Sun is committed to sharing the best practices of various fields with his learners.
Wing Sun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (NUS), with a major in marketing. He has a wealth of experience in training, front-line sales, business management to human resources (sales) which he imparts and shares with his trainees. Zainal has also previously collaborated with e2i in developing both Attitude-Skills & Knowledge (ASK) and Executive Workshop (EW) programmes, training thousands of retrenched workers from 2007 until 2009. He is a strong believer in thinking out-of-the-box and strongly advocates these in his training sessions, posing fun challenges throughout his training.

Bee Hoon conducts training in areas related to IT Skills.
She has close to three decades of training experience in the IT Training industry. In addition, she is a highly qualified IT trainer certified by Microsoft and the National Computer Board, as well as approved by the Ministry of Education to teach computer-related subjects ranging from Certificate to Advanced Diploma Courses. With her extensive experience in customising and designing Microsoft Application training programmes, Bee Hoon is able to develop and deliver customised courseware to meet individualised training needs of companies from different industries.
Bee Hoon holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Computer Science from University of Wolverhampton.
Samuel conducts training for Taxi Driver's Vocational Licence (TDVL) and Private Hire Car Driver's Vocational Licence (PDVL).
Prior to joining NTUC LearningHub, he has close to two decades of experience as an in-house trainer in the transport, education, and technology industries where he had the opportunity to train drivers to be proficient in CPR and AED as part of the AED-on-Wheels Programme. He is also a strong believer in continuous learning and improving his trade and has recently been certified as a Nearpod Certified Educator.
Samuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Second Class Honours) in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University, India.

He has over three decades of experience in both the private and public sectors including Financial Services - Retail and Learning and Development. With his versatility, engaging presence, and diverse industry experience in hosting, facilitating, and relating to a diverse group ranging from the PMETs to the C-suite, such as Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy's Senior Management Program.
Vaanan conducts training in security.
Prior to becoming a trainer, Vaanan was in the security industry where he developed his operational, manpower management, and technical skills in areas such as VIP protection and Body Guard Services. He was also an English teacher in the Ministry of Education Malaysia for over a decade.
Vaanan holds a Diploma in Security & Fire Safety Management from Temasek Polytechnic in collaboration with Cisco.

He is a principal technology architect, consultant, security professional, and evangelist with over two decades of IT experience in areas such as cybersecurity, ethical hacking, security risk & governance, Big Data, IoT, systems analysis, digital forensics, and project management. His passion for cybersecurity has also led him to receive awards from the CyberSecurity Excellence Awards and Cyber Security Malaysia, Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation.
Clement holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class with Distinction) in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
Collin is a Senior Trainer for security courses.
Having worked as a regular police officer, then an instructor trainer teaching different agencies for over two decades; Collin had always wondered how to best share his extensive experience with learners - and this led him to join NTUC LearningHub as a full-time trainer in 2016.
His personal mantra plays a huge role in shaping how he imparts knowledge to learners - "We never forsake our ethics in order to attain our objectives. Our actions are guided by our principle, not expediency"; by guiding learners to apply their know-hows and concepts correctly in their jobs through different role plays.
Collin is a certified Monadnock Defence Tactics System Instructor-Trainer and holds a 2nd Dan in Taekwondo (Singapore Taekwondo Federation). He also has a National ITE Certificate in Technology (Security Technology) awarded by the Institute of Technical Education, Singapore.

Prior to becoming a trainer, he spent two decades in the engineering and manufacturing industry in quality assurance and control roles. He is also a certified trainer for Sony's patented internal training; QMDEI (Quality Management by Determination, Evaluation & Implementation) and CEDAC (Cause and Effect Diagram with Additional of Card).

He is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist because of his keen interest in developing the human potential to achieve success in their personal life.

She spent two decades in the manufacturing and project management consultancy industries as a Supply Chain and Project Management Expert before joining the training sector after experiencing first-hand the satisfaction of sharing and imparting her knowledge to others. Annie is passionate about digital training, and management contents and has been involved in instructional design and eLearning courses both locally and overseas.
