Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Environmental Services (ES) Specialists
The CCP for ES Specialists is a 3-month programme by Workforce Singapore (WSG), in partnership with NTUC LearningHub for the ES Industry* to reskill current employees or train new hires to take on the enhanced role of ES Specialists. Trainees will be equipped with the relevant skills and competencies for a successful career conversion. Eligible companies can receive up to 90%** of salary and course fees funding support.
*The ES Industry comprises the Cleaning, Waste Management and Pest Management subsectors. **Subject to NTUC LearningHub’s assessment.
