Course Objectives

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Pre-requisites

  • To sit for the official PMP certification exam, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
  • A degree
  • 36 months leading projects within the last 8 years
  • 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

— OR —

  • A high school diploma (equivalent to GCE O-Level) or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
  • 60 months leading projects within the last 8 years
  • 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

  • As this is an intensive 5-day course, please commit to the full 5-day schedule as absence or breaks in between would likely be disruptive to your learning journey.
