Course Overview

Nothing is more gratifying than looking back at who you are now and realising that you have grown much more than you thought you could. How can you further achieve your highest potential in the area of personal excellence?

We know that those who can first manage themselves will ultimately be able to manage others. Personal effectiveness is the foundation of great management and positive role modelling. Designed in 3 main lessons, learners can acquire skills to empower themselves and take personal responsibility in their own competency development. Through building winning relationships, learners will also recognise the importance of effective communication to successfully engage leaders and team members. They will learn practical approaches to improve their performance in leading their teams during decision making sessions.

Get out of your comfort zone and take the first step in believing in yourself. Based on John Maxwells signature leadership series programmes, insightful and powerful concepts from The 5 Levels of Leadership and The 360 Leader have been included to support the course objectives and enhance your learning journey.
