Mr. Nong Jin

Nong Jin entered the Online to Offline (O2O) revolution with a 7-member team, and established Lincomb in Chongqing, China in 2012. In the year 2013, he advanced a different concept of a “Scenic Internet” operation – a new mode of stimulating consumer behaviour in Chengdu, China. Successfully securing an “A-Round” of financing, Nong Jin brought his business to Shanghai in 2014 and set the foundations for an “Internet Ecology” landscape across China, creating incredible business value for consumers through the Internet of Things (IoT).

Since Lincomb’s inception, the Lincomb Group now operates more than 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries with businesses and distribution offices nationwide. To date, over 1,200 employees work for the Lincomb Group where they help to generate more than 40 billion RMB value annually.

Professor Kevyn Yong

Kevyn Yong a strong advocate of creativity and entrepreneurship in organisations for achieving productivity and innovation. Prior to joining ESSEC, he was Associate Professor of Management at HEC Paris and also taught courses at Cornell University and the National University of Singapore.

He has been recognised for teaching excellence, notably being awarded the Pedagogy Innovation Prize by the HEC Foundation in 2011 and making the Dean’s Honor Roll at the S.C. Johnson School of Management at Cornell University in 2005 and 2006. While at HEC Paris, he has taught in the EMBA, MBA, PhD, and customised executive programmes for the HEC-ATOS Gold Talent Development programme in France, the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Saudi Arabia, and the RI Advice Group from Australia. In addition, Kevyn has also delivered customised leadership and innovation programmes for Amazon in Paris, France; EBAY and Nike in Shanghai, China; BNP Paribas in Singapore, Danone Asia Pacific and many other multi-national companies. He also leads various consulting projects on innovation, IT transformations, and entrepreneurship.

Kevyn’s research focuses on creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership, particularly in the areas concerning cognition, collaboration, and social networks. His work has been published in the Journal of Econometrics, the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and Small Group Research.

Mr. Prantik Mazumdar

For more than 10 years, Prantik has led a successful digital consulting firm, trained and advised more than 500 enterprises in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region on all things “digital” – devising digital transformation strategies for brands’ marketing, sales and customer service functions.

His genuine passion for digital transformation has made him one of LinkedIn’s top 100 connectors in the APAC region and that’s what keeps his Klout score at 70. He has advised regional brands including Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, GoJek, Monex, Bloomberg, Delifrance, PropertyGuru, NTUC Income, Kimberly Clark, Friesland Campina, Fonterra, Starbucks, Kaplan, Royal Brunei Airlines, TigerAir, Nanyang Business School and Standard Chartered Bank on digital strategies to drive business transformation. He has also been appointed a key member of the Global Digital Board at Time International.

He has advised government agencies in Singapore and in ASEAN on leveraging digital to chart out inclusive public policies and scale up political campaigns. Prantik is a regular commentator on digital marketing in regional blogs and publications such as Marketing Magazine, Campaign Asia, Mumbrella and the Singapore Business Review. He has spoken at regional conferences such as Millennial 20/20, ad:tech, inCosmetics & iMedia and was awarded the Young Entrepreneur Award at the Global Youth Marketing Forum in 2015. He recently co-authored a book on entrepreneurship called Why You Must Fail along with a few other notable entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.

Ms. Janet Young

As part of senior leadership team under UOB Group CEO, Janet leads Delivery Channels and facilitates digitalization initiatives across the Group. She leads her teams to build customer engagement and connectivity across channels to support customer groups to achieve UOB Group’s vision of a premier regional bank in Asia Pacific. Working with Business and Technology partners internally, Fintech and ecosystem players externally, she champions collaborative business models to drive better outcomes for the Bank and its Customers in the digital age.

Prior to joining UOB, Janet was International Business Head for subsidiaries of multinational corporations (MNCs) of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Commercial Bank. Her responsibility covered Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America. She has over 25 years of banking and corporate experience. Prior to joining Bank of America, she had led Marketing, e-Business and Commercial Banking for HSBC Singapore and previously was the China Treasury Director (based in Shanghai) and Asia Pacific Finance & Treasury Director for Philips Electronics.

She is a Board Member of IMDA (Info-Communications Media Development Authority of Singapore), InnoVen -Venture Debt JV between Temasek and UOB, FinLab -Innovation Fintech accelerator JV between UOB and SG Innovate, Accuron Technologies. She serves on the Growth Committee of Spring Singapore, SAP Asia Pacific-Japan Business Advisory Council, and the MBA Advisory Council of Nanyang Business School.

Mr. Vincent Quah

Vincent Quah is responsible for business development with education institutions, research, healthcare and not-for-profit organisations.  He works with educators and students, research scientists, medical professionals and non-for-profit personnel in leveraging AWS Cloud services to save costs, accelerate innovation, and increase organisational agility that better serve their missions.

Based in Singapore, Vincent Quah has more than 25 years of experience working in senior roles across the education (K12 and tertiary) and learning sectors, life sciences and healthcare industries, as well as high performance computing projects across Asia Pacific.

Dr. Arthur Shelley

Dr. Arthur Shelley is an independent educator and capability development consultant with over 30 years professional experience. He has held a variety of professional roles including managing international projects in Australia, Europe, Asia and USA.  He has facilitated commercial workshops in many counties across Asia, Europe, Americas and the Middle East. He leads Masters programs on Leadership, Executive Consulting, Knowledge Management, Applied Research Practice, Entrepreneurship, Career Development in face to face and blended modes and through Open Universities Australia. Arthur is the author three books: KNOWledge SUCCESSion, Being a Successful Knowledge Leader and The Organizational Zoo. He has also written chapters for edited books, articles for academic and professional journals and has a regular blog providing insights from his research about metaphor and behaviour. In 2014 he was awarded with an Australian Office of Learning and Teaching citation for “Outstanding contributions to student learning outcomes.” Arthur is regularly invited to international conferences to speak or facilitate workshops on his books and articles or to share experiences as the former Global Knowledge Director for Cadbury Schweppes. He is founder of The Organizational Zoo Ambassadors Network (a professional peer mentoring group), leader of the RMIT MBA mentoring program, co-facilitator of the Melbourne KM Leadership.

Mr. Jason Grant

As Senior Director of Global Leadership Development at The John Maxwell Company, Jason Grant is responsible for the international licensing of John Maxwell’s brands as well as developing leadership plans for companies all over the world. Having visited over 30 countries, he has publicly spoken to companies, organisations and non-profits in the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Australia, Tunisia, Ukraine, Argentina and Honduras to name a few.  Jason specializes in the development of intentional leadership plans customized specifically to fit the client’s business, time, and style, with a particular focus on consistent growth and leading others. Jason is passionate about his work in helping clients achieve their leadership goals and believes the greatest leaders ask the greatest questions. Alongside CEO, Mark Cole, Jason also leads the internal execution of The John Maxwell Company’s own organisational-wide leadership plan.

Prior to joining The John Maxwell Company, Jason worked at the Hershey Company in various sales and leadership positions.  He is a ’99 graduate from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

Jason spends a lot of his spare time serving his local church.  Recent roles have included leading as Chairman of the Deacons, teaching 11th grade Sunday School and mentoring a small group of high school guys each year.  He currently serves as a lay Elder.  He also enjoys writing, running, Auburn football, tennis as well as sipping coffee with a rich, meaty spiritual book or historical thriller in hand! Jason married his Peruvian sweetheart, Jacki, and together they have two girls, Sofia and Kayde.
