The report is based on in-depth interviews with experts from NTUC LearningHub and Institute For Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). The report surveyed 650 working professionals across all six industry clusters in Singapore - Manufacturing, Built Environment, Trade & Connectivity, Essential Domestic Services, Modern Services and Lifestyle.
