NTUC LearningHub has been working closely with the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) as an accredited training provider. The following programmes are accredited by IBF and qualifies for IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS) funding.

About IBF Certification for courses eligible for IBF Qualified (IBFQ)
Participants who successfully complete this course and fulfill the required number of Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs) for the selected job role can apply to be conferred the IBF Qualified (IBFQ) certification status. Participants who successfully complete this course with at least 3 years of relevant financial services industry experience and fulfill the required number of Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs) for the selected job role can apply to be conferred the IBF Advanced (Level 2/3) certification status. Eligibility Criteria
  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, physically based in Singapore.
  • Trainee must achieve 100% attendance and pass all relevant assessments and examinations.
  • NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, physically based in Singapore.
  • Trainee must achieve 100% attendance and pass all relevant assessments and examinations.

Sponsoring Company must be:

  • Singapore-based financial Institutions regulated by MAS (licensed or exempt from licensing by MAS)
  • FinTech firms certified by Singapore FinTech Association
  • NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from the company if the trainee sponsored by the company did not meet the eligibility criteria.
Funding Quantum for Course Fee

Base Funding: For Singapore Citizens and PRs aged 21 years and above

  • 90% funding for classes commencing between 1 st Jul 2021 to 31 st Dec 2021
  • 80% funding for classes commencing between 1 st Jan 2022 to 30 th Jun 2022
  • 70% funding for classes commencing on or after 1 st Jul 2022

Enhanced Funding: For Singapore Citizens aged 40 years and above

90% funding for all classes commencing on or after 1 st Jul 2021

​Training Grant Allowance (TAG) NA
  • S$10/hour of eligible training and assessment hours for classes commencing on or before 30 th June 2022
Remarks
  • Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to offset course fee payable after funding.
  • NTUC Members can enjoy up to 50% funding (capped at $250 per year) under Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
