- Conduct incident investigation to identify the root causes of incidents
- Recommend corrective and preventative measures
- Prepare incident report in accordance with legislative requirements
- Monitor and report progress of implementation of corrective and preventative actions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions implemented
