NTUC’s Assistant Secretary-General Mr Patrick Tay graced the event on 14th Aug 2017 alongside our CEO Mr Kwek Kok Kwong, who shared his insights on the rising demand for ICT skills. We covered how employers could tap on PCP’s extensive subsidies to train and hire mid-career switchers planning to enter the ICT industry.
