Nong Jin entered the Online to Offline (O2O) revolution with a 7-member team, and established Lincomb in Chongqing, China in 2012. In the year 2013, he advanced a different concept of a “Scenic Internet” operation – a new mode of stimulating consumer behaviour in Chengdu, China. Successfully securing an “A-Round” of financing, Nong Jin brought his business to Shanghai in 2014 and set the foundations for an “Internet Ecology” landscape across China, creating incredible business value for consumers through the Internet of Things (IoT).

Since Lincomb’s inception, the Lincomb Group now operates more than 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries with businesses and distribution offices nationwide. To date, over 1,200 employees work for the Lincomb Group where they help to generate more than 40 billion RMB value annually.

Kevyn Yong a strong advocate of creativity and entrepreneurship in organisations for achieving productivity and innovation. Prior to joining ESSEC, he was Associate Professor of Management at HEC Paris and also taught courses at Cornell University and the National University of Singapore.

He has been recognised for teaching excellence, notably being awarded the Pedagogy Innovation Prize by the HEC Foundation in 2011 and making the Dean’s Honor Roll at the S.C. Johnson School of Management at Cornell University in 2005 and 2006. While at HEC Paris, he has taught in the EMBA, MBA, PhD, and customised executive programmes for the HEC-ATOS Gold Talent Development programme in France, the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Saudi Arabia, and the RI Advice Group from Australia. In addition, Kevyn has also delivered customised leadership and innovation programmes for Amazon in Paris, France; EBAY and Nike in Shanghai, China; BNP Paribas in Singapore, Danone Asia Pacific and many other multi-national companies. He also leads various consulting projects on innovation, IT transformations, and entrepreneurship.

Kevyn’s research focuses on creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership, particularly in the areas concerning cognition, collaboration, and social networks. His work has been published in the Journal of Econometrics, the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and Small Group Research.

For more than 10 years, Prantik has led a successful digital consulting firm, trained and advised more than 500 enterprises in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region on all things “digital” – devising digital transformation strategies for brands’ marketing, sales and customer service functions.

His genuine passion for digital transformation has made him one of LinkedIn’s top 100 connectors in the APAC region and that’s what keeps his Klout score at 70. He has advised regional brands including Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, GoJek, Monex, Bloomberg, Delifrance, PropertyGuru, NTUC Income, Kimberly Clark, Friesland Campina, Fonterra, Starbucks, Kaplan, Royal Brunei Airlines, TigerAir, Nanyang Business School and Standard Chartered Bank on digital strategies to drive business transformation. He has also been appointed a key member of the Global Digital Board at Time International.

He has advised government agencies in Singapore and in ASEAN on leveraging digital to chart out inclusive public policies and scale up political campaigns. Prantik is a regular commentator on digital marketing in regional blogs and publications such as Marketing Magazine, Campaign Asia, Mumbrella and the Singapore Business Review. He has spoken at regional conferences such as Millennial 20/20, ad:tech, inCosmetics & iMedia and was awarded the Young Entrepreneur Award at the Global Youth Marketing Forum in 2015. He recently co-authored a book on entrepreneurship called Why You Must Fail along with a few other notable entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.
