Examination Results Release
The REA examination results are released approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the examination is held. The time may be longer due to factors such as the number of candidates taking the examination. Candidates will be informed of the exam result via e-mail.
REA candidates may appeal to reassess their results by submitting online application request and submit supporting documents where necessary.
The form and payment are to be submitted within 5 working days after the results are released.
Candidates may only appeal for the failed examination paper.
Candidate will need to pay administrative fee of $64.20 (incl. GST) per appeal application.
Candidates will be informed in writing of the outcome of their appeal about 14 working days from the date of submission of the appeal, or longer if the number of appeals is high.
Candidates will not be shown their answer scripts.
*Candidates are advised not to register for the next exam until the appeal outcome is out.

Examination Deferment Request
If you are absent from an examination, it is deemed that you have failed the examination that you have registered for.
Please note that medical certificates issued by hospitals and clinics would not be accepted as valid reasons to defer the examination.
Candidates must submit the relevant supporting documents to NTUC LearningHub via online system within 5 working days from the examination date.
All deferments are subjected to the approval of NTUC LearningHub. An administrative fee of S$107 (incl. GST) will be levied on each examination deferment application.
No refund of the examination fees will be made for candidates who are unable to attempt the examination on the examination date.

- recalled for National Service (NS) duties that cover the day of examination
- hospitalised during the examination day
- bereavement of next of kin
- COVID-19 related reasons (e.g. Quarantine Order, Stay-Home Notice, contact with suspected COVID-19 case etc.)
