Employed workers may attend as individuals seeking to upskill themselves or identified and sent for training by their compa-nies. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  3. Identify factors that impact productivity improvement in the implementation of virtual collaboration tools
  4. Apply the appropriate productivity measurement at the workplace before the implementation of virtual collaboration tools
  5. Apply the appropriate virtual collaboration tools and techniques for productivity improvement
  6. Document productivity performance of tools and techniques used for virtual collaboration

Pre-requisites

Prior to attending this course, trainees should be able to:

  • Read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WS level 4
  • Communicate information effectively and work in a team
  • Plan and organise resources and activities to complete work activities within timeframes
  • Possess intermediate ICT skills

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

SSG’s Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded to learners who have achieved 75% attendance and are Competent (PASS) in their assessment.

Funding Eligibility Criteria:

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Trainee must achieve at least 75% attendance
  • Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments, and attain 100% competency
  • NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria

SkillsFuture Credit:

  • Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fee payable after funding

UTAP:

  • NTUC Members can enjoy up to 50% funding (capped at $250 per year) under Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)

Absentee Payroll (AP) Funding:

  • $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year
  • AP funding will be computed based on the actual number of training hours attended by the trainee
  • Note: Courses / Modules under Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) will not be eligible for AP funding claim.
