This one-day course will cover general cloud computing concepts, as well as general cloud computing models and services, such as Private, Public and Hybrid cloud, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). It will also cover some core Azure services and solutions, key Azure pillar services concerning privacy, security, trust, compliance and finally cover pricing and support services available with Azure.

This course does not provide an Azure pass or time in the classroom for participants to do any hands-on Lab activities. Participants can get a free trial and do the walkthroughs outside of class. This course is primarily lecture and demonstrations. This course will help prepare participants for the AZ-900 exam, which is aligned to Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification.

As part of this course, participant will receive ONE AZ-900 exam voucher.

    • A basic understanding of Active Directory concepts, including domains, users, and domain controllers

Module 4 – Azure Pricing and Support

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

Upon meeting at least 100% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive Certificate of Completion from Microsoft

Official Microsoft Certification Examination

After students pass the external official AZ-900 exam, they will receive a Certified Azure Fundamentals Certificate from Microsoft

As this is a government subsidised programme, the entire training programme will be video recorded for audit purposes by the relevant funding agency. To ascertain their presence, participants are required to

  • Turn on web camera to show real-time video, as opposed to using a profile picture / video (jpg/jpeg, gif or png image file) for the entirety of the training and assessment session.
  • Ensure that their faces are fully visible (not just the forehead / eyebrows)
  • Use their full name as per NRIC / Passport as their Screen Name on Zoom
