Social media marketing is gaining headways especially since the Covid-19 pandemic. More organisations are turning to social media marketing as one of their fastest, easiest, and popular outreach to customers. Hence, it is only prudent for organisations to have their supervisors and / or managers to be savvy with social media marketing and be able to manage their social media campaigns. If not properly managed, the organisation’s social media marketing campaigns can become erratic, chaotic, and fruitless.
