Building an effective culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) within an organisation does not mean implementing a slew of improvement projects. It requires commitment from the organisation’s leadership and an organisational framework for a structured and integrated approach towards continuous improvements.

This programme provides participants with the knowledge and skills towards developing workplace improvement teams via a structured and scientific process, to achieve the desired results.

Participants will learn how to develop an effective routine for developing fitting solutions through trial and error. This process builds on the discovery process and adaptation based on what they are learning so they become second nature.

As workplace leaders practise and learn this routine to navigate through uncharted waters, they will be able to instil confidence with their team to overcome uncertainty and achieve a culture of continuous improvement.

 Key Highlights

  • Coach employees to develop a continuous improvement mindset with Kata framework
