ITIL is a best practice framework that has been drawn from both the public and private sectors internationally. It describes how IT resources should be organised to deliver business value, documenting the processes, functions and roles of IT Service Management (ITSM).

2 Day Course

This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the ITIL 4 concepts, terminology and principles being applied for IT Service Management. It embraces key concepts from Lean, Agile and DevOps to provide an integrated, collaborative and holistic approach to deliver business value for an organisation. After completing this course, participants will be equipped with adequate knowledge to prepare themselves for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam.
