The LXP App is in English, with some Chinese courses available for learning.
LXP is available on iOS and Android mobile operating systems. Learners can also access the web version of LXP at https://lhubxp.ntuclearninghub.com/.
The LXP app requires Internet connection (data plan or WI-FI connection) for all features.

Getting Started
Get started with three easy steps
1. Sign up for your account on www.ntuclearninghub.com/lxp
2. Download LHUB LXP
3. Log in as a learner with your email used during sign up
Ensure that you are subscribed to one of our LXP plans – NTUC Members or Public. You may browse our pricing plans and sign up here.
Download LHUH LXP and log in using the same email you had used during sign up and simply search for courses which you would like to start upskilling in.
Subscription
The general public can subscribe to LXP at $120/ year. NTUC members can enjoy the same library of courses at a subsidised subscription fee of $60/ year*, after funding from NTUC LHUB and training benefits from NTUC’s Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP). Eligible individuals** can use SkillsFuture Credit to pay for their full LXP subscription.

*The use of UTAP funding requires users to remain as an NTUC Member, complete at least one online course on LXP within 3 months upon signing up, and no cancellation of the subscription within the year will be allowed. Otherwise, NTUC LHUB reserves the rights to recover the subscription funding.
** Eligible individuals: All Singaporeans, aged 25 or above as at 31 December 2020.
Yes, eligible individuals* can use SkillsFuture Credit to pay for or offset the LXP subscription fees.
*All Singaporeans aged 25 and above, as at 31 December 2020, will be able to access their SkillsFuture Credit account via: www.skillsfuture.sg/credit
To offset your SkillsFuture Credit, you are required to sign up for your LXP account through www.ntuclearninghub.com/lxp.
You will be asked to confirm if you would like to pay using SkillsFuture Credit and will be redirected to www.skillsfuture.sg to complete the necessary steps.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may also use your SkillsFuture Credit to offset your LXP subscription.
