Robotic Process Automation

Humans are not built for Repetitive tasks.

Automate them with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Think of RPA as a digital assistant that you have on your desktop helping you do, the boring repetitive tasks that you don’t want to do.

Why Are Companies
Rapidly Adopting RPA?

Satisfied Employees

Employees are freed up from mundane tasks and focus on higher value, more rewarding work.

Fast ROI

Due to the nature of RPA, return of investment (ROI) calculation is clear and relatively fast.

Increase Productivity

RPA bots allow companies to increase productivity by doing repetitive tasks much faster.

Less Error

Well designed RPA deployment will enable RPA to achieve zero error. Bots are not susceptible to fatigue and distractions .

LearningHub joins UiPath Academic Alliance

According to the Forrester Wave, UiPath is the leader for RPA in terms of current offering and strategy.

NTUC LearningHub has signed an MOU with UiPath to be part of the UiPath Academic Alliance on 28th May 2019. This enables NTUC LearningHub to provide curriculum that is officially endorsed by UiPath ensuring you have the best possible education in RPA technology.

Implementing RPA Successfully.

To successfully implement RPA in your organisation, you would need to build RPA competencies within your organisation. Without competencies, when processes change as the company progresses, the bots developed will no longer be useful. This creates huge risks to investments in RPA.

A Centre of Excellence (CoE) is essentially the way to embed RPA deeply and effectively into the organisation, and to redistribute accumulated knowledge and resources across future deployments.

The simplest structure to achieve this is shown on the left. The organisation is split into two groups, implementors and end users.

The implementors group are directly involved in the planning and developing of RPA bots. The end users are able to use the created solution and also develop simple bots for everyday tasks.

End Users Empowered

Create simple bots

Enable them to create simple bots for personal processes that is too small for a full project for implementors.

Leave no-one behind

As end-users gain competency in RPA, they will be a part of the movement and be more ready to embrace the benefits from RPA adoption.

A common language

With everyone going through this same course, the organisation will gain a baseline knowledge to propose processes to be automated and to generally discuss about RPA.

Course Summary

RPA Foundation Training

This 1 day course is an appreciation level course for RPA that focuses on hands-on activities to inspire staff to use RPA in their daily work. Staff will be able to create simple bots to automate simple repetitive tasks.

RPA Intermediate

Advances the RPA Essential course to enable users to create bots with deeper features.

Launching in January 2020

RPA Design & Development

This 5 day official UiPath course gives a strong foundation to implement UiPath RPA solutions. The participants undergoing the course shall develop the competence to design and develop a robot for a defined process.

This course is based on official content from UiPath.

Advanced Developer

This 5 day official UiPath (under development by UiPath)

Launching in January 2020

Business Analysis

This course enables participants to organise and coordinate business analysis efforts and have a clear business analysis flow in mind.
