Social media content creation has become essential for both individuals and corporations to achieve their goals; the advent of social media platforms like TikTok has revolutionised the way businesses run.

This program will help participants apply design thinking methodologies and execute design thinking processes to challenge norms and conventions in the organisation. There will be a special focus on problem-solving for digital transformation in an increasingly digital world. Adopting new methods to reach new segments for organisations.

The workshop, conducted by Design Thinking experts and endorsed by TikTok, will ensure participants work through the six stages of the Design Thinking process to facilitate unique and innovative solutions, while improving the quality of content produced on the TikTok platform. A practical approach will be taken where learners will produce TikTok videos that embodies their creativity to solve real problems.

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

Participants who have successfully demonstrated competence in all the knowledge and skills requirements in this programme will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). This programme is offered on a modular basis only.

Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

  • From 1 October 2023, attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore's (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via the Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses

  • Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments, and attain 100% competency
  • NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria
