This is a fundamental-level course intended for individuals with little to no technical background to learn more about the low-code development using the ServiceNow platform to improve business processes. The course provides a detailed overview of the applications development from design specifications, building, testing and deployment.

Upon completing this course, participants will gain a comprehensive, up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the following:

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Statement of Attainment (SOA), accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore. SOA will be reflected as [ICT-DIT-3002-1.1 Applications Development].

Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

External Micro-Certification
After completing this course and upon passing the official “ServiceNow Micro-Certification Assessment”, candidates will receive Welcome to ServiceNow Micro-Certification & Citizen Developer Application Creator Micro-Certification. The certifications are governed and maintained by ServiceNow.

Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub

Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments, and attain 100% competency
NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria

Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fee payable after funding.

UTAP:

This course is eligible for Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP).
NTUC members can enjoy up to 50% funding (capped at $250 per year) under UTAP.
