Students will be required to complete a paper-based SF assessment during class.

After completing the course, students can proceed to undertake the SAFe Scrum Master Certification Exam from Scaled Agile which is optional. For Students who decided to sit for the SAFe exam, they need to take the exam within 30 days from the start date of their class.

The course then delves into the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, covering topics such as facilitating and coaching teams in Agile practices, removing obstacles that may impede the progress of the team, and tracking and measuring the performance of an Agile team using metrics such as Throughput, Cycle Time, and Lead Time. Participants will also learn about how to implement and facilitate Agile Release Trains, and how to coordinate and align multiple teams. They will gain an understanding of how to effectively implement DevOps and Lean-Agile practices in an enterprise, and how to create a culture of continuous improvement. Throughout the course, participants will work on hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios designed to help them apply the concepts and techniques learned in the course. They will also be given the opportunity to take the SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification exam, to test and validate their knowledge and skills.
