Course Overview

Building the right content marketing strategy can significantly impact a brand and business. It is focused on generating and distributing important and relevant content, relating these ideas and story effectively to your target audience. Understand what content marketing is, generate effective content and be a top-notch storyteller for your brand to generate more sales and increase traffic to your business.

In this activity packed 2 days program, you will learn the skills to create and design infographics for storytelling, reporting and presentation, creating a lasting impression on your audience.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to develop strategies for delivering consistent messaging through content on various platforms, including the conceptualisation and development of content and the optimisation of content delivery parameters to attract and engage target audience.

Pre-requisites

Prior to attending this course, you should:

  • Know the basic functions of a computer.
  • Know how to navigate the internet for information
  • Be able to read, write, speak and understand basic English at WPL Level 4
  • Have a keen interest to acquire new knowledge and willingness to learn a new skill
  • Be comfortable working in teams and engage in positive discussion

  • LU1: Apply content marketing concepts
  • LU2: Identify the use of infographics as a visual marketing tools as marketing strategy
  • LU3: Overview of Infographics connecting the fundamentals aspect of creating infographics and its usage
  • LU4: Infographic style – Purpose, Content and audience
  • LU5: Infographics types
  • LU6: Preparing Wireframe with Visual Storyboarding & storytelling
  • LU7: Executing Wireframe
  • LU8: Sample Infographic Project using Infographic and Wireframe tools

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

  • Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
  • Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub

Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

 Funding Eligibility Criteria:

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • From 1 October 2023, attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore's (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via the Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses

  • Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments, and attain 100% competency
  • NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria
  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents

SkillsFuture Credit: 

  • Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fee payable after funding.

UTAP: 

  • This course is eligible for Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP).
  • NTUC members can enjoy up to 50% funding (capped at $250 per year) under UTAP. 

PSEA: 

  • To check for Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) eligibility for this course, visit:

Absentee Payroll (AP) Funding: 

  • $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year.
  • AP funding will be computed based on the actual number of training hours attended by the trainee.
  • Note: Courses / Modules under Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) will not be eligible for AP funding claim.
