The process of becoming comfortable with other people begins with becoming comfortable with ourselves. Learn to connect more effectively across diverse personalities and generational differences, the synergistic techniques that encourage win-win situations and how confrontation can be healthy. Review communication barriers and equip yourself with effective listening skills.

Learn about the art of communication (the way that you talk, listen and interact with people) and how to manage difficult conversations (productive dialog on sensitive topics) to help you collaborate effectively across all levels.

Pre-requisites

Participants should be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5.
