Course Overview

Social Media marketing is gaining headways especially since the Covid-19 pandemic. More and more organisations are turning to social media marketing as one of their fastest, easiest and popular outreach to customers. Hence, it is only prudent for organisations to have their supervisors and / or managers to be savvy with social media marketing and be able to manage their social media campaigns. If Social Media Management is not learned, then the organisation’s social media marketing campaigns can become erratic, chaotic and fruitless.

This Social Media Management course is for learners to leverage various social networking platforms to deliver the organisation's value propositions as well as contextual and targeted messaging based on real-time customer insights to engage in two-way communication with prospects and customers. This course will equip learners with the skills to be able to cascade social media management strategies aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty and conversion via social media platforms, define metrics and guide the analysis on performance of social media management campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
