Course Overview

“Champion Employee Development” series is targeted at HR professionals or management level staff of organisation to develop a resilient workforce through upskilling. Whilst renewing of the workers’ skills is a tactical necessity, it may not keep pace with the rapidly changing business environment that may render even “successful” reskilling efforts obsolete.

With alignment to digitalisation, organisation and individuals can use digital tools to support their learning and development needs. This course will allow learners to find out more about the evolution of learning and development strategies, and ways to analyse organisation's learning needs and performance gaps.
