Course Overview

“Champion Employee Wellness” series is targeted at HR professionals or management level staff of organisation to develop a resilient workforce through championing employee wellness. The current fast-paced work culture can lead to stress and burnout. Resilience is a key strategy that helps employees tackle stress, a competitive job market, workplace conflicts, and address challenges on the job. Improving resilience is important because employees identify work as the number one stressor in their lives.

Strong employee engagement and relations management helps to solidify the connection and relations among employee, manager, and the organisations mission, vision, values, and goals. HR demonstrates value by understanding and leveraging the employer-employee relationship from both individual and organisational perspectives, developing effective strategies to address appropriate expectations for performance and behaviour from employees at all levels. Key considerations include culture, work-life balance, ethics, and corporate social responsibility.
