Course Overview

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Seek comments and feedback to ensure messages are received and understood
- Explain organization’s strategies and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to team members to facilitate decision-making processes
- Work with team to develop, assess and select most appropriate decisions to meet team and organizational objectives based on success rate and risk factor considerations
- Address barriers to communication to improve team collaboration and effectiveness
- Use appropriate communication styles and verbal and non-verbal cues to communicate ideas and concepts in the workplace
- Maintain communication and engagement with team members and supervisor to identify new and emerging
Pre-requisites
- No prior experience or knowledge required
- Min 18 years old
- Primary school level onwards
- Able to read, write and speak in English (WLPN Level 3 and above)

- LU10 - Elements in Decision Making
- LU11 - Making the Best Decision
- LU12 - Free Data Analysis Tools in the market
- LU13 - Making the Best Decision with implications and impacts in mind
