This is a 2-day course which empowers professionals to resolve difficult relational issues at the workplace and enhance your communication prowess.

Pre-requisites
The admission requirements are:
- Participants should be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7.
- Hardware & Software (if applicable)
- This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform.
- Participants must own a Zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. Download from zoom.us/download.

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Upon meeting the 75% attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Statement of Attainment (SOA), accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore. SOA will be reflected as FSS-PDV-4012-1.1 Personal Effectiveness.
- Upon meeting the 75% attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
