Who Should Attend
All employees in a workplace should attend as everyone has a responsibility to contribute to a safe and respectful work environment. It is important for both employers and employees to understand their rights and responsibilities should harassment occur at the workplace. This programme focuses on equipping employees with skills to recognise workplace harassment (such as sexual harassment, racial harassment and bullying), and know what steps can be taken if you are victimized. Suitable for leaders, executives, supervisors, managers, HR and non-HR personnel and union members.
