Course Objectives
At the end of the programme, learners will be able to:
- Define and describe organisational strategy and recognise the major components of a good organisational strategy.
- Create an HR strategy that is linked to an organisational strategy.
- Create an HR strategy implementation plan in order to execute strategy.
- Identify metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation.
- Analyse the trends in HR Technology and Inclusive & Progressive HR practices to create similar practices as part of the HR strategy.
Pre-requisites
- Learners are assumed to able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5.
- Hardware & Software
This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform. Participants must own a zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. This can be downloaded from https://zoom.us/download.
