After completing the course, students can proceed to undertake the ITIL4 Foundation Certificate exam from AXELOS/PeopleCert.

For students who had paid for certification examination(s), they will receive a printed instruction voucher or email instructions after the class period to allow them to book the relevant computer-based examination for their course.

Course Overview

This is a three-day course which offers the participant with comprehensive understanding of the ITIL 4 concepts, terminology and principles being applied for IT Service Management. It embraces key concepts from Lean, Agile and DevOps to provide an integrated, collaborative and holistic approach to deliver business value for an organization. After the completing course, the participant will be equipped with adequate knowledge to prepare themselves for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam.

Course Objectives

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the Four Dimensions of Service Management

Pre-requisites

It is recommended the participant to have at least 1 years of working experience in IT industry.

Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6

Well versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word.

The participant will be able to attempt the ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam after attending this course. Upon passing the exam, you will receive the ITIL 4 Foundation certification. This certification validates your understanding of the key concepts, terminology, and elements of IT service management according to the ITIL 4 framework.

  • ITIL4 Foundation Exam Fee
    The course fee does not include the ITIL4 Foundation certification exam fee which is priced at $150.00 (before GST) for trainees who attend and complete the ITIL4 Foundation course with NTUC LearningHub.

Please note that it is mandatory for participants attending the “ITIL 4 Foundation (SF)” course to pay for the official certification exam before the commencement of the class. 

For subsequent exam attempts, the ITIL4 Foundation certification exam voucher can be purchased at the full fee from our Exam e-shop.

*As of 1 February 2022, paper-based exams will no longer be offered by PeopleCert, the examination institute for ITIL®. All exams will be conducted online. The exams are web-proctored by PeopleCert and are available 24/7.
