Pre-requisites
Recommended minimum English proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy Level 4.

This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform. Participants must own a zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. This can be downloaded from https://zoom.us/download.

Course Outline
Lesson 1: YOU – Manage Team Performance
This lesson looks at a leaders role in aligning and translating strategic business goals into practical performance expectations. You will also learn ways to respond to performance that includes providing feedback, learning and development as well as coaching.
Lesson 2: YOU – Support Team Plans
All about supporting your team, this lesson enables you to interpret and implement team plans. Your role in supporting your team through these stages will also be explored.
Lesson 3: YOU – Review Plans & Performance
After planning and implementation, review and evaluation are important aspects for leaders to keep score and records of progresses and gaps. This lesson covers ways you can review the performance of your team against a success criteria and how you can evaluate implementation outcomes.
JOHN MAXWELL HIGHLIGHTS:
Identify practices to aid you in supporting your teams growth and foster stronger team relationships with John Maxwells Law of Buy-In, Law of the Big Mo, Law of Victory and Law of Timing.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
Participants who have successfully demonstrated competence in all the knowledge and skills requirements in this programme will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). This programme is offered on a modular basis only.
