Course Overview
Understand essential concepts and skills related to the fundamentals of digital marketing, including creating a web presence, optimising content for search engines, using social media platforms and other various online marketing strategies, as well as monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the campaigns using analytics.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills on the following:
- Understand key concepts of digital marketing, search engine optimisation and social media management.
- Understand various options for online marketing and advertising, including search engines, e-mail, and mobile marketing.
- Understand and use analytics services to monitor and improve campaigns.
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course is targeted at individuals in the Retail industry with an interest in learning about E-Commerce Campaign Management and how they can appropriately apply it in their workplace. It can benefit participants working in Retail establishments which are undergoing digital marketing, search engine optimisation and social media management.

- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
