Course Overview
In today's rapidly changing retail industry, the ability to communicate messages via multiple media platforms to customers has become increasingly important. Media platforms management activities that are implemented and executed according to plan will not only contribute to boosting the revenue of the retail business, but also to enhancing the brand image and customer shopping experience at retail stores.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills on the following:
- Types of media
- Popularity of media
- Trends in media usage
- Research methodologies
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course aims to equip the learners with the knowledge and abilities in identifying the types, popularity and trends of media usage as well as developing and executing the media management activities plan.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
