Course Overview
The Retail sector is a competitive and fast-paced environment. To differentiate themselves in today's competitive environment and effectively engage with customers and adapt to digitalisation, organisations must ensure that their service employees are able to deliver service in line with the organisation's service vision, mission and values.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to:
- Recognise the role of a coach in coaching for service performance
- Prepare a coaching plan for individuals to address service performance issues
- Demonstrate the use of coaching techniques to address service performance issues
- Monitor the progress of individuals for improvements in service performance
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course aims to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to coach individuals in order to improve their service performance, identify and address any gaps in service, and monitor their progress towards better service performance.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

Medium of Instruction & Trainer:
- Lectures and hands-on practical sessions, Group discussions and sharing, Individual and group presentations, and Role Play.
- Trainer: Trainee Ratio is 1: 20
