At the end of the programme, learners will be able to:

- Integrate workforce planning into the strategic plan of the organisation.
- Describe the key steps to developing a strategic workforce plan, including analysis, forecasting, strategy development, and cost modelling.
- Create or refine a framework for your organisations workforce planning strategy.
