The course covers an overview of cybersecurity trust marks, the establishment of policies and procedures, and continual improvement, participants will learn to recognize essential elements, set up tailored cybersecurity policies, ensure adherence to these policies, and update them to address emerging threats.

Course Objectives
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Recognise the essential elements to establish policies and procedures
- Set up of organisation’s cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Demonstrate cybersecurity policies and procedures are implement-ed and adhere to
- Demonstrate cybersecurity policies and procedures are updated to meet new and emerging threats

The admission requirements are:
- Read, write, and speak English at WPL Level 4
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4
- Hardware & Software
- This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform.
- Participants must own a Zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. Download from zoom.us/download.

- Overview of Cyber Trust Mark
- Establishment of cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Continual improvement to cybersecurity policies and procedures
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Statement of Attainment (SOA), accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore. SOA will be reflected as ACC-ICT-5002-1.1
- Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
- External Certification
Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with the Certification of Completion from TUV SUD PSB PTE LTD.
You will be awarded with Professional Certificate in Business Sustainability Management by TUV SUD upon completion of the following courses:
