Course Overview
SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) developed the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certified Associate Operations Executive (AOE) qualification under the Generic Manufacturing Skills (GMS) WSQ framework.
WSQ AOE comprises of 4 modules covering the core planning and execution competencies required of PMEs:
- Module 1: WSQ Apply Management Level Planning Skills
- Module 2: WSQ Apply Project Management Skills
- Module 3: WSQ Manage Process Improvement
- Module 4: WSQ Manage Quality Systems and Processes

Course Objectives
Participants will be able to apply, demonstrate and practice the knowledge and skills learnt on applying process improvement skills through classroom and practical sessions.
Pre-requisites
The admission requirements are:
WPLN5 – English – Level 5 for reading, listening, speaking and writing) or GCE“O” Level – English Grade B
Course Outline
- Identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
- Gather, access and record, production information to track.
- Continuous improvements, Analyse, synthesise and interpret information.
- Direct continuous improvement activities.
- Design and apply improvement tools and strategies
- Management of systems and processes to facilitate continuous Improvement.
- Promote team support and coach team members toward continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and evaluation of continuous improvement processes.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
