Course Overview
This course aims to provide retail staff already working or wishing to enter the Retail industry with the skills and knowledge required to perform wine product advisory and related customer services.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to:
- Identify ways to provide customers on information regarding the wine selection in the store
- Identify ways on how to advise customers on the selection of wine products
- Identify ways on how to advise customers on the storage of wine
Pre-requisites
Estimated Years of Experience:
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course addresses customers’ requirement by focusing on customers’ needs, having their interests at heart, recommending quality products (Wine) and services at best value to customers. The program will also cover on ways to address customers objections with the aim to meet their needs and delight them with the objective of maximizing additional sales opportunities while meeting the different & varied needs of customers professionally.

- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
