Course Overview
Many organizations have had to restructure due to digitization of the workplace. The need to do so was only accelerated by the ongoing pandemic. Employees are experiencing many changes to their job descriptions and demands, as well as having to learn new policies and processes. There can be growing tensions with the workspace as with interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers. As such, stress has increased to high and unhealthy levels. As employees are of utmost importance to an organization, leaders or mental wellness champions and the like, would need to do their part to support highly stressed individuals. This course will teach participants what burnout is about and the dangers it can bring to both individuals and organizations. Learners then are taught how to identify team-members who are highly stressed and to engage them objectively in conversations about self-care. In sum, learners will become a good source to support team-members experiencing high levels of stress.
