With the off-lifting of restrictions in a pandemic, patrons are returning to dine-in. These customers have many choices to where they can eat in or take-away. Having attractive displays can be the first step to catch their attention, arouse interest, create the desire which hopefully translates to action in patronising the establishment. Merchandise presentation when properly executed can also be beneficial when promoting the dish/meal of the day and drive sales further to meet sales targets with faster turn-around time.
F&B staff who undergo this course can complete the visual merchandise presentation at a competent level, achieving better outcomes in a faster time, hence increasing efficiency. They will also be exposed to industry standards of visual merchandising covering safety, security, hygiene whilst striving for visual appeal aligned to their organisational guidelines.
