Food outlets often rely on great food and drinks presentation to make a good impression, which may encourage customers to walk in. When visual merchandise presentation is done effectively with the use of the right fixtures, signage, lighting and marketing collaterals, the customers become more aware of items in the eateries be they food stalls, cafes, restaurants, concept outlets or even pop-up kiosks.
With the presentation of food, beverage and related items laid out attractively, tempting customers to try. Cleverly paired foodstuff and drinks as a visually pleasing meal can increase the urge to purchase multiple items. Catchy promotions in signage on-site to catch the attention of customers may lead to impulse buying.
